Business Development Executive- Prepaid / Payroll Debit Card Products:
Three positions available: Indiana, Illinois
Directo is growing its sales team and seeking highly motivated Business Development Executives in GA, IN and IL to capitalize on the exploding prepaid payroll card market. The business development role will be responsible for cultivating existing relationships and growing revenue through new reseller partnerships with banks, payroll providers and companies directly. This is a unique opportunity to work in a company with a startup mentality and be part of a growth industry. You will create the success and be rewarded.
The role will include: - Responsible for sales results and referral relationships with financial institutions, payroll providers and companies directly. If there’s a payment being made with paper there’s an opportunity for Directo.
- Working with your referral partners to educate and train their customer contact points on Directo’s Prepaid/ Debit solutions.
- Closing business referred by partners and direct with companies personally cultivated.
- Delivering on company revenue goals with an expectation of attaining individual results.
- Individual creative development of sales tools and client management. Independent work ethic from a home office environment.
- Close working relationship with Marketing, Implementation, and Customer Support.
Minimum Requirements: - A minimum of 2 years’ experience selling Financial Services, Payroll Services or Cash Management to Financial institutions or companies directly.
- Knowledge of checking account payment processes, ACH or POS systems and online banking.
- Existing network of relationships in the financial services or payroll industry.
- History of quota achievement and high close ratio selling from the C-level to the operations level in a solution selling business.
- Willing to travel with a “whatever it takes” mentality.
- Professional home office environment
- Self-Starter with excellent time management and organizational skills
- Bachelor Degree with graduate degree preferred
- Travel regionally 30% of the time
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
