Business Development/Sales Executive

Join the team of payment solutions experts at Directo!

A leader in eliminating cost and risk associated with pay distribution through innovative products such as paycards, web/text pay stubs, click to pay invoices, and prepaid cards for gift and incentive payments.

Due to a growing market, we are looking for goal oriented, enthusiastic individuals with two years plus of sales experience to become part of the Directo sales/business development team. Let the entrepeneur come out in you. Your individual drive is recognized and rewareded on our team. With success comes the reward of compensation.

WHAT WE DO:

We focus our sales efforts on financial institutions, payroll providers and businesses. Directo clients need a solution to eliminate the costs and risk associated with payments without the investment and challenges in new technologies. By working with our marketing partners 70% of new clients are referred to us.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Generate new referring partners in financial service providers, payroll companies and CPA's.
  • Schedule appointments to conduct presentations to current marketing partners' sales teams.
  • Network in key industries through conference attendance and local chapter meetings.
  • Establish relationships with current customers to seek new product opportunities.
  • Qualify opportunities generated by marketing and partners.
  • Document activities in Salesforce database.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be Team oriented, comfortable with working in a smaller company with a fast growth culture.
  • Financial services "solutions sales" experience.
  • Two years of related financial services sales experience.
  • Must be organized, self-motivated and work independently in a home office environment.
  • Ability to sell effectively using phone skills, email communications and in person.
  • Willing to travel and do what it takes to be successful.
  • Must embrace our Company Values.
  • Bachelor's degree.
