With a variety of ways to earn program points, it is up to you when you redeem them and for what you redeem them. What is the Partner Incentive Program?

Directo's Partner Incentive Program or PIP is a rewards program to our partners for business referrals of Directo's paycard services. PIP is a certificate-based rewards program on a points-value system. Certificates are redeemed for rewards selected by the participant.
Who is eligible to participate?

Any partner who is trained on Directo's services and refers business to the company. Contact information for the participant must be provided to Directo.
How do I earn points?

There are four different ways to earn points in the program: - Participant will receive 500 points for initially joining PIP and completing an official Directo training session or Webinar.
- Participant will receive 500 points for a "qualified" business lead. In order for lead to be deemed "qualified," it must meet each of the following conditions:
- The qualified business lead must be submitted via the Marketing Partners page at www.directocard.com using the official submission form.
- The contacted company must be enrolled in direct deposit.
- The contacted company must be producing a minimum of 25 checks per pay period for its employees.
- Participant will receive 500 points for the "qualified" business lead placing its first deposit onto a Directo card.
- Participant will receive 500 points for every five (5) accounts activated during the fiscal quarter in which the initial card activation occurred. Account activation occurs when an employer deposits funds onto an employee's Directo paycard. Points will be awarded at quarter's end. Quarters are defined as: Jan. 1 - March 31, April 1 - June 30, July 1 - Sept. 30, and Oct. 1 - Dec. 31.

How do I know how many points I have?

Each time a participant is awarded points, Directo will notify that partner by e-mail. For point balances, partners may contact Directo at PIP(at)directo.net or call 770-810-6519.
Can I share my points with others?

No, each certificate is registered for the partner to whom it is rewarded. Certificates must be redeemed by the designated participant. The sale or barter of the points/certificates is strictly prohibited.
Do my points expire?

QuickPoints® (the redeemable certificate points of PIP) will expire three (3) years after issuance.
Do my points ever lose or gain value over time?

No, the points represented on the certificate can not change in value during the life of that certificate.
Can I buy points to get to a certain level?

No. PIP is a points-based program and can not be combined with any financial transaction to claim an award for which sufficient points have not been earned.
Can I combine my points with other programs, such as frequent flier programs?

No. Quickpoints® (the redeemable certificate points of PIP) may not be used in conjunction with any other type of promotion frequency reward program or certificate(s).
How do I redeem my points?

All redemptions under this program must be ordered through BreakAway Incentives, which Directo will do on behalf of the participant.
Once sufficient points have been earned to redeem the desired reward, partners should: - Go online to the Marketing Partners page at www.directocard.com to decide on your award.

What type of items can I get for my points?

PIP offers a wide variety from gift cards to electronics to trips. Rewards begin at 2,500 points and increase in value from there. For a full listing of items, go online to the Marketing Partners page at www.directocard.com.
How can I check the status of my order?

Participants can e-mail Directo at PIP@directo.net.
How long does it take my order to ship?
-
In-stock items, shipping within the United States, will ship from our warehouse within 24-48 hours. Approximately 10 percent of orders ship directly from the manufacturer. Those drop-shipped orders can take up to six (6) weeks for delivery. All travel documents will be issued via e-mail within 24 hours of booking.
Whom do I contact if I have a question about my order or need to return merchandise?

Questions about orders or merchandise returns should be directed to BreakAway Incentives Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Central Time. E-mail PIP(at)directo.net for the contact information. All inquiries will be answered within one business day.
If I choose a hotel, cruise, or flight for my reward, how do I make reservations?

Once Directo contacts points partner BreakAway Incentives with your redemption, a representative from BreakAway Incentives will call or e-mail you with further details about your travel.
